Pastor Gavin will be leading a four week Apologetics Class on Sunday evenings at 6:30 PM in the sanctuary and via Zoom, starting October 18 and ending November 8. The material will be drawn from his forthcoming book, Why God Makes Sense of a World That Doesn't: The Beauty of Christian Theism, as well as Greg Kouckl's book Tactics: A Game Plan For Discussing Your Christian Convictions. This will be a practical course discussing topics like:

--how to start conversations with non-Christian friends and co-workers

--being prepared to respond to common objections our cultures poses

--how every Christian, not just the "experts," can communicate the gospel compellingly

The cost for the class is $10 (to cover the book); please let the office know if that is prohibitive for you, and we will provide some help. The format of each class will be simple: Pastor Gavin will teach from some of the material in his book, and then spend time in group discussion of Koukl's book. Hope you will join us!
